Turn into Via Ponzinibbio at the Local Information Centre and reach the playground area. Cross the torrent Giona on the footbridge and get to the Giona Park with the Parisi Museum walking along the right bank of the stream. Turn right, walk across the Giona park and reach the lakeside front past the camping site and reach Viale Girardi, the new tourist port and the Gabella Port. A footbridge and a flight of stairs lead to the "Cinzanino" climbing facility, provided with over 60 climbing ways of different degrees of difficulty. The mule track leading to the hamlet of Entiglio starts here and gets to the road that leads to Pianca. Turn left and walk a few steps on the paved road as far as the mule track towards Sarangio and Musignano. Continue along the mule track, on the same way as the 3V Path, 10th leg, Biegno – Maccagno, gaining height as you walk up through a broad-leaved wood offering glimpses over the lake and the Piedmont shore until you reach the junction with the mule track connecting Orascio to Campagnano. Turn right into this mule track, steeper and still embedded in the thick woods, and reach the turning of the road which leads up from Maccagno to Campagnano and to Lago Delio. Folllow the paved road for a short stretch and get to the crossing with the mule track from Campagnano to Pianca; turn into the left track and as you cross the paved road again, you reach Campagnano, Piazza Solera where you can have a rest under a newly built, well fitted porch, from which you can enjoy a scenic view over Maccagno and the southern part of the lake. Reach the previous crossing on the same way but instead of turning right on the road, take a steep path deep into the woods leading to Pianca. Here on the left, the path joins the 3V, 10th leg again and heads down towards Veddo where it crosses the mule track on which the "Antica Strada della Veddasca" lies. Turn right and in a few minutes, along some bends offering a closer and closer view over Maccagno and the lake, you will get to the street leading to the centre of Maccagno and to the Railway Station; keep along the paved road and cross the bridge over the torrent Giona and eventually reach the starting point.
