Leave Biegno, at the bus turning area, and go on along the way to Lozzo until close to a little chapel you see the beginning of the path on the right. The first part of the path is not easily walkable. Continue along the path as far as the crossing to Monterecchio on the right; go on as far as Locality Fontana of Lozzo and further on to Lozzo, where you turn into the paved road heading for Armio and go past the turning to Piero on the left. Reach Armio along the paved road, go past the turn to Monterecchio on the right and head on along the paved road and turn into to path to Graglio on the right. Walk through Graglio and at the wash house, past the turning to Passo Forcora on the right, take the mule track leading to Cadero. The mule track crosses the road twice; at the third crossing, follow the road on the right as far as the hairpin turning where you turn into the mule track again and head for Cadero. At Cadero, follow the paved road again as far as Garabiolo and in the square go past the turning on the right to Lago Delio. Go through the village as far as the crossing with the way to Campagnano and turn into the mule track towards Caviggia on the left; get to a crossing with an unpaved road and follow it on the right until you get to Caviggia. At the end of the village, at a hairpin turning, go past the mule track to Campagnano on the right, keep the road and turn into the mule track to Veddo on the left. Walk through Veddo until you are on a hairpin turning of the SP5 of Veddasca where you turn again into the mule track on the left and get to the last houses of Veddo, after going past the turning to path 3V 10th leg on the right. In a few minutes, after some hairpin bends offering a closer and closer view over Maccagno and the lake, you will get to the street leading to the centre of Maccagno and to the Railway Sstation; keep along the paved road, cross the bridge over the torrent Giona and eventually reach the Local Information Centre, the end of the itinerary.
